Why ship with Eagle Axis

Why drivers stay

Built on transparency.

You will always know what you are paid, what comes out, and why. Nobody here is a truck number. Your dispatcher knows your name, your lanes, and when you need to be home, and the technology behind us keeps every promise in writing.

Transparent from day one

Pay, deductions, and expectations are in writing before you sign. No surprises on your first settlement.

Paid every Friday

Weekly direct deposit, no waiting on the broker. Your settlement shows every load, every mile, every deduction.

24/7 dispatch, real people

Breakdown at 2 a.m.? A person answers. Not a call center, not a bot. The same team you talk to every day.

Dry van, no-touch freight

Drop and hook where we can, no flatbed tarping, no reefer washouts. Midwest, South, and East Coast lanes.

Home time you can plan on

Company drivers are home every other weekend. Owner operators set their own schedule. We plan around it, not against it.

Late-model equipment

2020 and newer Freightliner and Volvo automatics with inverter, fridge, microwave, and APU. Pet and rider friendly.

Tech-driven, powered by Strivie

Less paperwork. More miles.

Eagle Axis runs on Strivie, a modern trucking management platform. That means your loads, documents, and settlements live in one app instead of a fax machine and a phone tree.

Driver app

Load details, stop addresses, and dispatch messages on your phone. Upload a BOL or POD from the dock and you're done.

Settlements you can read

Every week's statement is itemized in the app before it hits your account. No surprises, no chasing the office.

Paperwork signed on your phone

Lease agreements, onboarding forms, and load documents are signed digitally. Orientation takes a day, not a week.

Fuel plan on every load

The app maps the fuel stops for each trip along your route and shows the cost, gallons, and what you saved. Less guessing at the pump.

Live tracking, fewer check calls

ELD and GPS feed dispatch automatically, so nobody calls you at 3 a.m. to ask where you are.

Compliance handled

Medical cards, CDL expirations, and inspections are tracked in the system, and you get a heads-up before anything lapses.

Eagle Axis is a carrier on the Strivie trucking TMS. Strivie is the trucking management platform that runs Eagle Axis: dispatch, driver app, settlements, safety, and compliance in one system.

Real conversations. Real answers.

Freight where it counts

Midwest, South, and East Coast

We're authorized in all 48 contiguous states, but our freight lives east of the Rockies. Most drivers run a regular pattern between the regions below and get home through Chicago.

We are authorized in all 48 contiguous states. Our freight runs mainly through the Midwest, South, and East Coast, and most drivers get home through the Chicago area.
