Why ship with Eagle AxisWhy drivers stay
Nobody here is a truck number. Your dispatcher knows your name, your lanes, and when you need to be home, and the technology behind us keeps every promise in writing.
Weekly direct deposit, no waiting on the broker. Your settlement shows every load, every mile, every deduction.
Breakdown at 2 a.m.? A person answers. Not a call center, not a bot. The same team you talk to every day.
Drop and hook where we can, no flatbed tarping, no reefer washouts. Midwest, South, and East Coast lanes.
Company drivers are home every other weekend. Owner operators set their own schedule. We plan around it, not against it.
2020 and newer Freightliner and Volvo automatics with inverter, fridge, microwave, and APU. Pet and rider friendly.
Pay, deductions, and expectations are in writing before you sign. No surprises on your first settlement.

Tech-driven, powered by Strivie
Eagle Axis runs on Strivie, a modern trucking management platform. That means your loads, documents, and settlements live in one app instead of a fax machine and a phone tree.
Load details, stop addresses, and dispatch messages on your phone. Upload a BOL or POD from the dock and you're done.
Every week's statement is itemized in the app before it hits your account. No surprises, no chasing the office.
Lease agreements, onboarding forms, and load documents are signed digitally. Orientation takes a day, not a week.
ELD and GPS feed dispatch automatically, so nobody calls you at 3 a.m. to ask where you are.
Medical cards, CDL expirations, and inspections are tracked in the system, and you get a heads-up before anything lapses.
Dispatch, safety, payroll, and recruiting all run on the same platform, so the left hand always knows what the right hand promised you.
Eagle Axis is a carrier on the Strivie trucking TMS. Strivie is the trucking management platform that runs Eagle Axis: dispatch, driver app, settlements, safety, and compliance in one system.

Real conversations. Real answers.
Thinking about leasing on? We'll connect qualified applicants with a current Eagle Axis driver so you can get straight answers from someone who's already running with us. No recruiter script, no cherry-picked quotes.

Equipment
Our fleet is late-model and well maintained. Every company truck is a 2020 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Volvo VNL automatic, governed at 70 mph, with the essentials already in the cab.
Freight where it counts
